During the Death Valley show a young woman and her children passed my booth, and I heard her say, "Look! There's Daddy!" "Wait!" I cried, "Wait!" When I caught up with her, she told me one of the two horsemen in my painting was her husband. I asked her if she collected art. "I'd love to," she said wistfully, "but just now, I'm collecting children."
