This one, with its satisfied user striding off toward Mt. Whitney, is the outhouse of the White Swan Mine, in the Talc City Hills above Panamint Valley. Last time I saw it, it had been vandalized and was no longer in possession of its naugahyde sofa. I'm sometimes asked if I will paint the same scene twice. The answer is " Yes, if I like the subject well enough." I have painted the White Swan Outhouse twice.
